This first week of #QueRico2024 we are focusing on the worship element of the #WorshipWorkPlay that has created the kingdom culture at EA. Here our mommas have studied their identity in Christ as we learn together to worship the Father for his gift of making us his daughters. One of the ways that we Worship at EA is through on Monday evening community gathering. It is part of our Life-on-Life discipleship strategy. On this particular day we had special guests! his moment happened in June of this year, worshipping together with Brothers and Sisters from Bolivar, Missouri--Mahidi leading us in Spanish, "...all my life you have been faithful, all my life you have been so, so good." We have always been about all nations worshipping together. We are so wonderfully enriched each time we experience these moments that speak to God's vision for His world. I love this photo of Rony as he uses his construction and maintenance skills to bring order and create. If you know him, you have seen the image of God in this man. He's walked through some tough battles in the last couple of years, but he has allowed his suffering to produce character. It's #QueRico2024 week three and we are highlighting the importance play in our lives together in the kingdom of God. Play is healthy and builds bonds.

This year we celebrated Children's Day by dividing up into teams with animal themes . Meet the Giraffes, led by Miss Mahidi.

We always look for ways to encourage the families in our EA community to play together. Here is Miss Fabiola's hubby and their daughter B. It looks like a pass the hula hoop chain. Summer has arrived in the desert coast of Peru. During our Vacation School each class gets a field trip to the beach at nearby Naplo.

This does look like joy in the kingdom of God. Play can lead us to greater longing for eternal hope, the next coming of Christ, as Advent reminds us.
